When you ask to be notified about saved weekly plans, we collect your email address and the signup source so we know which page or form you used.

The free reorder plan generator runs in your browser. Product names, SKUs, supplier names, uploaded CSV files, stock levels, costs, and generated reorder plans are not stored by QuikStock as part of the free tool.

We use your email solely to notify you about QuikStock, saved plan availability, and important product updates.

We use privacy-conscious product analytics to understand whether the tool is useful. These events may include counts and summary values, such as row count, supplier count, whether a CSV upload completed, and estimated total reorder cost. We do not send product names, SKUs, supplier names, raw CSV contents, or full reorder recommendations in analytics events. When you submit your email to join the saved-plans early-access list, we may use it to identify your signup in our analytics so we can understand which product flows lead to saved-plan interest.

We will never sell your email or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
